    i have not got accesses to my questions why ! 

    i have a problem 


    when i submit the form 

    the result doesn't appear on fullsize

    i need a toolbar like this in the code to make student scroll under to find more answers

    I can suggest to try embedding form using just iframe part of the code and to exclude script part. I see you have already changed scrolling to 'yes', so this can work:
