The Autoresponder email is not being sent

    To whom it may concern, 

    I create a registration form, and the registration is working but the autorresponse email is not being send. I followed all your instructions, but I still it is not working.

    Could it be because I used the encrypted form? I try to find how to change this settings in case that was the problem, but I did not find them. 

    Could you please help me?

    I set your autoresponder sender email to our default sender. It's blank earlier when I checked it, maybe that's the reason why autoresponder is not sending.

    Can you please check and try submitting your form if you can receive the autoresponder?
