what is the meaning and why "you have reached your limit"?

    Hi Ramot,

    Depending on the account that you have, there are limits on how many forms you can have, and how many times each form can be sumitted.  If you have not reached these limits, the support team can look up and see if there is another issue with your account that is causing problems.

    Hi,

    Your account status is fine with us. Free Account are entitled to recieved 100 Submissions per month only, when you reach or consumed this limit, your forms will become disabled. Our system will email you about this, asking you to upgrade or wait 'til first day of the next month to reset your submissions limit to zero.
