Condition to send appropriate auto-responder email based on score value is not working?

    Hi Support Team,

I would like to know why I'm getting a wrong message via "auto responding email" when I already created a condition.

I create a test form for testing since we're having trouble solving this issue.

    ***Question 1-10 while

    Results and conditions are:

***If my test results/scores 1-5 (10%-50%) I received retake exam message.

***If my test results/scores 6-10 (60%-100%) I received a congratulations message. Gladly I did this part correct.

Unfortunately, I am having a problem/issue if I scored 5 (50%). I received a "pass message" supposedly "retake message) since I didn't pass the average score or high score.

Badly need your help... Thank you!

You need to just add one statement per condition to check if the value is less than 6 and then if the value is greater than 5 to send the respective auto-responder email. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.

    Hi,

I already tried that but still no luck. So I test it again using the value of less than is 6 and greater than is 7 or 6 or 5 still sending me a wrong auto-res ponder.

In addition, I also tried the value of less than 60, and greater than 70th or 60th or 50th or 60% 70% and so on.

Needed your help here, I think it's in the system if you could please check them for me.

    Thank you.

The conditions are correct, however, the calculation is not, one of the field is being operated as a string. Please follow this example to fix it:

    Hello,

Thank you and it's working on my test form.. But when I apply this in the "real form" it does not work.

    Thank you.

The condition is working for me. You won't see it add up on some field options because you have assigned those option value to be "0", but technically the calculation is working.
