Hi,
I've noticed with a few of my forms that if I edit them and change the title of the form inside of the form itself, the old name of the form still remains in the tab heading when the link is clicked on. Is there a way to fix this?
I've attached an example where the new name of the form is "Friendship Circle of Cleveland" but the tab is coming up showing "Camp Gan Israel of West Hartford"
Thanks,

Please note that the browser tab name is linked to the page title field inside the Form settings of your form, unlike the form title. It means that only if you change the page title will the browser tab show the correct name.
Here is a guide that will help you update the field correctly:

Hope this helps.

I checked on your form Form Settings / Page Title option but it still have the texts "Camp Gan Israel of West Hartford, CT " .
You need to change the texts to "Friendship Circle of Cleveland" instead to correct the tab title that appears on the browser.
Let us know if issue persist.
