How can I make an order form that calculates the total due but does NOT have to have a payment type

I want to make a lunch order form but I do not want or need the parents to pay online. I just need a total calculated. 

All the templates require PayPal. 

If you do not want any payment to be processed and just allow user to select the product options and calculate, I would suggest you to please add "Purchase order" payment tool. This will give you the same features of payment tool without any live payment integration.
