Is it possible to change the thousand separator to a dot instead of a comma?

I am working with a form where I'd like the final result to be shown on the thank you page. However I am working with large numbers and would therefore like the result to be shown with a thousand  separator.

Due to national standards I'd like to know whether it is possible to change the thousand separator form the comma and to a dot instead? 

Are you referring to the form 91383010286351? I see that you are using Form Calculation widget. You can change the decimal separator to either ' , ' or ' . ' in the calculation widget, but you cannot change the thousand separator.

If you wish to use ' . ' as a thousand separator, I would suggest you to use Masked Input widget.
