My account should be linked to a silver subscription and it's showing up as a free account. How do I fix it?

    I can see that you are a sub account of CareersNA. Please note that the limit or account type is not carried over to sub users. If you want to have the Silver plan limit, you will need to move your forms into CareersNA account.

    We can help you move your forms to CareersNA account, but the request should be coming from CareersNA. If you own that account, please logon and send us a transfer request.
