After I update my form, why it doesn't change to the latest version on my website?

    I inserted my form's embed code into an HTML Widget in 1and1.com's web builder software. The form was too wide. So I changed the width and the spacing of some text. I re-inserted the HTML wiget and embedded the code again. When i viewed in on my website, the original form with none of my changes still appeared. I repeated all steps above and refreshed the browser a few times. Nothing works.

    I'm using FireFox. I cleared the Web Content Cache but the old form still appears.

    @cucich, @lollily

    We apologize for the incovenience that may have caused. I've already cleared your form cache on our end and it should be working fine now. To avoid this from happening again, I would suggest you to change your form url from http://form to http://www.

    If the said issue still persist, do let us know.

    Thank you!

    How do you change it to www? You mean just retype it in the browser?

    Hi,

    You can change it from the source code that you have embedded on your page.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotformpro.com/jsform/.......

    Thank you.

    OK, I changed it to http://www. but the old form is not refreshing. I deleted the heading, saved it, previewed it... but on the webpage the old form appears with the heading still there.

    I'll go in and clear the cache again. Something is really wrong with your software is a form won't even refresh!

    I want to add that after the person cleared the cache on jotform's end last night, it did refresh this morning. But I made this recent change a few hours ago.
