JotForm on Email & Deleting Emails

Asked by teresalauer on February 21, 2013 at 09:00 PM

    Hello,

    1)  When I receive an email notification I see a jotform banner.  Is there a way to not have your logo on the form?  I am looking to create forms for my clients.  That is why I didn't perfer for them to see the jotform logo.

    2)  When I receive an email from my jotform form, is there a way to automatically delete from my account?  Or do I manually delete the email?

Thank you very much.  I love your product.

    Hi Phil Laurer,

1)Yes, there is a way not to see the jotform logo. You can edit the email notification the way you want it.

Here are the steps (existing form):

    1. Click myforms. Click the title of the form you want to edit, then click edit form (on the right side).

    2.Click Setup & Embed > Email Alert > Notification

3.A pop up box will appear, titled Compose Email. Here you can edit the email notification styles.

Note: To delete the logo, click the logo then click delete.

There is also Test Email button so you can test the email first before you save it.

    2) I think you have to delete it manually. But if you don't want it you can also stop the email notification.

Here are the steps (new form)

    1. Below the tool bar , You will see to tabs (Form Style, Setup & Embed,Properties:comment). Choose Setup & Embedd.

    2.Click Setup & Embed > Email Alert > Notification

    3. A pop up box will appear, titled Compose Email. Here You can edit the email notification styles.

Note: To stop the email notification, click the button delete E-Mail (left side bottom)

    I hope this helps you.
