My list of forms keeps disappearing

Good morning,

When I view my list of forms in "My Forms" is scroll down and the list disappears! See screen shot.

Also, I am sharing forms between two accounts. How can one see who "owns" a particular form?

I have been checking your account and performing some tests on my end, I was unable to replicate the same issue, here's an example about it: 

May you please try clearing your browser's cache?

Regarding to view the user's you have shared your forms with, you may check that on your account settings section, under the users section, here is the direct link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users
