    There was no info on the fees for processing payment. I lost $9 because of this. Can you clarify and issue a refund thru paypal?

    This the form i used. I have now taken down the paypal part of it. Lots of ppl are getting errors as well. I have copied the screenshot message below.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. 

    Please note that JotForm does not charge any fees for payment collected with our forms. Any transaction fees are entirely based on the payment service you choose.

    We also do not process the payments. The payment you received was processed by PayPal and if you want to refund it you will need to do it from your PayPal account.
