Is it possible create printable attendance records for each of the courses?

I need to create a form that allows persons to sign up for training. I see you have several templates in this regard. 

My query is an i create printable attendance records for each of the courses from the information that prospective attendees send in?

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. You can build your form and then you can print the submission data you receive in form? You can go to form's submission page and download the data in PDF and print it.

Do you mean to say that you want to print the summary of all the submission data / attendance you have received? Unfortunately it is not possible. If you add the options using regular form fields (single choice, multiple choice, dropdown etc), one way to achieve this is by creating a visual report of the submissions.
