Hello,
I am the new IT Admin here for Community Counseling Solutions and I am trying to sort out the account issues. We have a credit card on file that is no longer active, it belonged to the last IT Admin. I tried to find a billing history to see what we have been using in the past, what plan we were on.
Can you help me with that?

Upon checking, the subscription you have before is bronze monthly. If you want to check the previous invoices of your subscription, please follow the guide below.
