Why have I not received PayPal payment made via my form?

    hello there. I created a form in which people could pay directly to the form. I provided my paypal email and havent recieved money to my account although it says they paid. How can we resolve this?

    If this is the form you are referring to https://www.jotform.com/91415777676168, I can see that you have integrated the PayPal correctly. 

    When I checked the form submission, I could see that so far there are 2 submissions received for this form. However, from the submission email, I could not see any transaction reference numbers for the payment made. So could you confirm from your users, if actually the payment was made and charged on their account?
