    Hi Shaun,

I have added your scripts to Pastebin, it's too long to fit it here in our forum. I have modified your response to include just the pastebin link.

Now with the no script conflict codes, please kindly share with us the webpage URL where the form is place so we can check and guide you on where you should add the script.

    Thanks

    Hi Shaun,

I've check your form from our end and I couldn't find any e-Signature field on it. Please kindly add it again and re-embed your form using the same embed method (full source codes).

Get back to us after that so we can check your webpage again.

Furthermore, add the no conflict scripts just before the closing </body>  tag on your webpage.

    Thanks
