make a form with subforms

Hey can I create sub forms in a master form?

ie I want to create a service report and add multiple equipment parts to it but it's not just the name of the part also need additional details.

Yes, you can embed the sub-forms in your master forms by adding an iframe embed widget where you can put the link of the sub form. If you have two sub-form then you have added two widgets for each one.

What if i need to create the sub form in JotForm I don’t have the subform already created with a link.

Please note that the sub forms that you are referring to are also the forms created normally as you do in your JotForm account. Any of the forms in your form may be embedded on your main form using the iFrame embed widget. However, please note that it is not possible to receive both the submissions for the forms at the same time. 

You may try linking the other forms in your account using Text field on your main form. 

Alternatively, you may consider using Thank you page to redirect the form to another form.
