Our form is showing over quota in our webpage

Hi we received emailed that said our quota was exceeded. But we only get 50+ forms per month, and would like to delete our files. How do we do that so we can get our quota reset? Thank you!

The form is showing over quota message because you reached the limit for your upload space. Please note that the FREE plan can only store files up to 100MB. Your current upload space is 104.36 MB.

You need to delete submissions with attached files to free up storage/upload space. We also recommend that you download your data submissions so you will have a backup in case you need them.
