How do I send autoresponder email to recipient email address?

    My customized autoresponder email message when form is submitted is not going to the recipient’s email address.  Under settings - emails, the Recipient email is referring to the email address on the form. When testing the form, the autoresponder email is not sending to the recipient.  Why do I have an issue where with this?

    As I check your form, I see that the autoresponder is set correctly to send to the email address entered on the form. I notice that you have set the autoresponder to use the SMTP sender email address which could be causing the issue. As I check the email history log, the autoresponder email is being sent from our end without any issue.


    Please check the SMTP settings of the email account setup from the account settings page and see if the SMTP settings are correct.


    You may also check if the emails are being sent correctly when the JotForm default sender email address is used for the autoresponder.
