Difference between preview and actual form downloaded

    Hello. I have just finished building a form. The preview looks great. However when I downloaded the form, all is messed up, e.g. the titles, headings, spaces, etc. Please see screenshots and help me please. Thank you.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did download your PDF form and did not find any issue with that. The form fields are being displayed correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please your PDF form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
