Not getting submissions

    Hi -


    I have a form set up but I am not receiving the submissions. I know that many have been filled out. Please help ASAP!

    Is the issue related to your CONFIDENTIAL BLINK FITNESS FRANCHISE APPLICATION FOR PROSPECTIVE FRANCHISEE form? I checked and your form currently does not have any submissions. You received two submissions previously but they were deleted. 

    I tested your form and it is working fine. I successfully submitted the form and I was redirected to the Thank You page.

    How to View Form Submissions

    The Email Notification was also successfully sent to your email address. 

    Please note that the Autoresponder Email you set inside of the form will not work because your form is encrypted. 

    Some of the features that are not available for Encrypted Forms are:

    1. PDF Downloads.

    2. Reports (this includes downloading Excel and CSV files from within the Submissions Page).

    3. Emails: Email Notifications and Autoresponder (usually emailed to the form submitters).

    Very strange.. it is working for me, too but someone I sent it to said: Yes I can enter next but then the next section with name, business partners, etc does not allow me to enter information.

    I can only assume that those users are trying to fill the DocuSign PDF Document, or that they re trying to navigate to the next page without signing it. 

    If your form is embedded and the users can not fill it there, please provide us a webpage URL and we will test the form there.
