Hi Team,
I researched discussions made so far regarding DMARC/DKIM support on JotForms autoreponse emails. We are experiencing too many deliverability issues with the autoresponse emails (even using the SMTP connection). Please see our current results from MXTools report, when analysing emails related to your sending IPs... terrible.
Can you please advise the state of matter with this topic, and what do you advise we do to be DKIM/DMARC compliant and ensure deliverability of our confirmation emails?
Thank you in advance.
All the best,
Max

As I tested the email sender using online tools, I see that the SPF, DKIM, DMARC are passed for the email sent by JotForm default sender email address. Please try adding the JotForm domain and emails address to the whitelist and see if that helps.

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Thanks so much. The problem with your proposed solution is that we have
to use your email, and we actually wish to use our own:
corporate@1-800-bakery.com.
Please advise. Thanks!
Best,
Max
