The page title is showing the previous value

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the tab at the top of one of my contracts. It states "Book Your Newborn Session" when it is is not my newborn session contract. It should just be "Book Your Session" like it reads in the url. (Please refer to the screen shot attached) Is there a way for me to fix this?

Unfortunately, we did not receive the screenshot you sent. But, I think you have an issue with your Book Your Session form. You probably cloned this form from another one.
The page title and the form title are different things. When you clone a form, the Page title remains the same. You must change this from form settings.
