notification email is not sending to my gmail account

    PLEASE ASSIST ASAP. I HAVE MY FORM RESPONSES GO TO MY GMAIL, YET NONE OF THEM ARE COMING THRU.

    update - my Gmail is receiving email from all other sources w/ no issue. It is only JotForm form responses not going thru. What is going on?!

    To clarify, are you referring to your notification email or autoresponder?

    I have checked your notification email and it seems you're using SMTP in sending the notification.

    You have also setup conditions to send the notification email to different email address.

    May we know what email address is not receiving the notification emails?

    Can you try to whitelist our IP address and domains?
