How do I make a longer area to add a sentence option on a multiple choice?

I am trying to avoid options breaking into two levels when the length is wider than the space allotted. How do I lengthen the option line?

To clarify, are you referring to your multiple choice field?

You may use your Advanced Designer to edit the Input width.

Go to your advanced designer then click on your Multiple Choice field and edit the input width.
