discount approved

I just received notice that my discount was approved.  However, I was forced to purchase the undiscounted version since I was reaching the limit and didn't want registrants to be rejected.  Would it be possible to change it and credit back the card I used for the difference?

I can see that you have upgraded and received the discount virtually at the same time. Because you were charged the full amount first, you were given a credit of $9.48 which will be used to pay your next month's bill.
