Why is the Nonprofit Discounted price not shown in the account?

    We received your email confirming that we had been approved for the nonprofit discount.  I went through the process of upgrading to the Bronze level using our checking account.

    It appears that our account has not upgraded nor have I received a confirmation email - could you please confirm that you have received the request and that it will be for the discounted yearly rate not the full rate shown at submission.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. There was a mismatch in the username provided in the application and hence the discounted price was not getting reflected in your account. We have updated the same, checked your account and now the discounted price is shown in your account. Please check and let us know if you face any difficulties while upgrading.
