Difficulty Saving Positioning Between Online Form and PDF

    Good Afternoon,

    I am attempting to download the PDF version of my newly created JotForm. The online form is in the order in which I prefer. However, when I download the PDF, it is not in the same order.

    I would like to place the “Contact Information” immediately before the E-Signature. On the PDF, it is listed below the organization contact. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    You can customize your fillable PDF, just drag and drop the field if you want to move the fields.

    I moved the contact information for you, can you please check?
