Need to reset Language on redirect

Is there a way to force a language selection without using the iFrame method?  I have a form that I would like to display in english or spanish using the language drop down.  After a user submits a completed form, I redirect to a URL in order to thank the user and redirect (using a meta redirect) back to the original url so that the next user can complete the form.  However as I'm sure you have guessed by now, if the previous user selected spanish, the next user will see the form in spanish even if english is the default language.  So, I'd like to force the language back to english (perhaps using a url) as I redirect.  Any ideas?

You may change the Form language through URL, here is an example:
