E-Signature: When notification is modified or switched to Text Format, signature image will not appear in the email message

    The original Notification email includes the e-signature image, but the new notification email I created does not...Not sure why - everything is identical in the html, but it's not coming through via email.  

    When I submit a test form, I receive two notification emails - the default email has the signature, the new email does not have the signature.  Any recommendations?

    Hi,

    Have you tried re-creating the email template?

    Just try adding new notification email using the Add New Email button.

    Inform us if this does not solve the issue.

    Already tried that – doesn’t solve the issue. The image field isn’t getting pulled over at all, but the other image (the JotForm gif at the top of the form) does get pulled over…

    Ok, I did a couple more tests…
    1. If I copy the exact same default notification email, the signature comes through via email
    2. If I change any formatting (such as placing the signature in a different place on the form), the signature will not come through (see the attachments – all of them were produced from the exact same form/input and have the exact same field codes in the email setup…just different formatting /locations within the body of the email.)
    It looks like that if I move the signature field anywhere in the body of the email besides the default location, it breaks…

    More info…
    It appears that when I delete the “Jotform” gif on the default, the signature image gets deleted as well. Just an FYI.

    Hi Jimmy,

    Thanks for reporting. The problem is now forwarded to our developers. While we are waiting for the actual fix, we'd suggest to create a new notification without modifying its content to avoid this glitch. We'll update you once it's fixed.

    It's the 7th June ... get it fixed or take it off the product so everyone isn't wasting their time on it like me?

    What else are you doing that is more important?
