Conditional email possible?

I have a form that I want to email to an additional recipient only if a question on form is answered "rush" is that possible. For instance, if the form filler selects that its a rush an additional recipient will be mailed form response.

Please note that if email is involved in condition, that email will be only sent if condition is met. For your case, I can suggest to create additional email template for a condition. You may simply duplicate it:
