My forms often do not show up on my Squarespace site until I hit refresh

Hi! I have a Squarespace site with several Jotforms throughout, and they all have the same issue. Nearly every time I go to a page with a jot form embedded, the form doesn't she up. If I hit refresh, the form is suddenly there, and everything works perfectly. 

I get questions all the time from people saying they can't find a form, can't buy a ticket, can't sign up to something, and the only solution is to refresh the page. How do I fix this so that users see the form the first time?

I am linking to one page that has a form and attaching a screenshot where the form is missing, but there are several on the site. I don't think it's a problem with the specific forms, but rather a hiccup in the integration between my Squarespace and Jotform accounts. Please help! 

I tested your webpage in chrome, firefox, edge browser, and opera. However, I was not able to replicate the issue you mentioned. Every time I load your webpage the embedded form is showing. Could you please try to clear your browser cache and cookies? That may work.
