Hi. We've received reports of problems submitting forms with PayPal processing. While it appears to work for some, we have 2 pending submissions from 3 days ago that did not go through, and I received a call today from someone who said that, after pressing submit, they saw only a partically filled gray rectangle on the form instead of the PayPal payment page.

Were the two pending submissions completed and already paid thru Paypal? I have tested the form and it went thru the Paypal page properly. This may have been an unproperly loaded page due to internet connectivity.
You may ask them to try to make an order again.
