Missing data or submissions

    Is anyone else having problems with data disappearing?  I will receive an email that someone has registered via Jotform .... when I go into the portal to check for the information there is an empty entry with only an IP address.

    Could you please let us know the form to which this issue is related to? Also, your account is HIPAA compliant, we can't check your form submissions.

    Have you tried opening your submission page using another browser or incognito mode? If not yet, could you please try and see if the issue persists?

    By the way, on your submission page, please check the enabled field (see screenshot below).

    Perhaps, only the IP address is checked.

    All options are checked!

    Could you please let us know the form to which this issue is related to? Also, Is this issue happening in your other form as well?

    If it's for specific form only, please give us a screenshot of the submissions page with the browser console.

    I forgot to mention, can you please check where your submissions data is stored?

    Please check if your data is stored in the EU. If so, then that's the reason why you do not see submissions on your end.

    Guide:

    1.) Login your account: https://www.jotform.com/login
    2.) Go to your account settings and then click DATAhttps://support.jotform.com/myaccount/data
