when a customer submits a form it’s not being received by myself I click the link and it says ‘whoops’ page not found error 404. Help!!!!!

You need to login to your JotForm account to view the file.
If you don't want to require the login when accessing your JotForm files including the signature image, you can uncheck the following option "Require log-in to view uploaded files" in your account settings.
