Edit submissions: Unable to edit the submissions of the Form.

    I have tried for two days to edit submissions, when I hit the edit button, it pulls up a blank form. If I enter any information and hit submit, nothing is saved and the original data is still present in the submission.

    Hi Patricia.  I followed up with your email but just wanted to follow up here also.  The issue is likely caused due to the regular account forms redirecting to the Enterprise copies after the migration was completed.  It should be possible to make any updates to your submission data from the Enterprise server forms instead of from the regular server.  

    Any users accessing forms will also be redirect to the Enterprise form so all new data will be sent to those forms instead.  For example, if you load this regular server form:

    http://www.jotformpro.com/form/90906450030952

    It automatically redirects to:

    https://yc.jotform.com/90906450030952

    The same thing is happening with submission edits.  But since the form is on the Enterprise server, it is not updating the data when sending from the regular server submission page.
