Form template edited but changes are not saved

I have created and it says that it was saved, but when I copy the link, it brings up the template without the changes??? What am I doing wrong?

May we know the form in question?

Can you please try clearing your browser's cache or view the form in another web browser?

Let us know if the issue still remains.
