Submission data is not forwarded to Google Sheet

It doesnt seem as if my Google sheets integration is updating every time someone signs up through my form like its supposed to...I need help to make sure everything is set up properly...can someone help?

then share to us the Shareable link.

Can you also please share to us the submission ID of those submissions that are not found in your Google Sheet?
