Canceled account - Email received

    Hello,

    I received two e-mails - one stating that my account was downgraded (sent to my personal e-mail) and another e-mail stating that my bronze monthly subscription was canceled (sent to my business e-mail). I went onto the website, and it shows that currently still have the silver plan; however, I signed up for the bronze plan. 

    If you could help me in making sure my account is active and subscribed to the bronze level plan, I would appreciate it.

    Please make sure that this PayPal subscription is canceled on your PayPal dashboard:

    When you do, please get back to us so we can refund your last payment.

    Also, I restored your Bronze plan.

    Not a problem at all. Please allow around 4-6 business days for you to see the charge reflected back to your Paypal account.
