I need to transfer ownership of a form

Hi,

I creatd this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/91173373596162

and now I need to transfer ownership of it to the two people who will be managing the responses.  Can you help me?

They are Peggy Moore puritan43@aol.com and Debbie Laverell dalaverell@gmail.com

I know it is possible, but I haven't been able to make the magic happen.

The form can only be transferred to one account only. If you want, you can ask them to clone the form so they can both have a copy of your form.

I also checked this email: dalaverell@gmail.com and I can not find an account related to that email.

Please let us know if you want us to proceed to transfer the form to peggymoore account.
