    Hi,

I'm using the iframe embed for clickfunnels and placing the code in the custom html/javascript section. The form is showing up however there is a huge amount of space I don't want showing up. I've tried reducing the height down in pixels and even percentages but it's not working or even changing anything.

The space at the top and bottom is the background of the quiz made white it looks like which is pointless.

    Please help

Please remove the script part of the Frame embed code and use only the iframe part of the code. You can then also adjust the height of the iframe embed code.

I also inspected your form and I saw that it is violating our Terms of Use, so we had to suspend your account. It is not allowed to collect SSN and ID without the user's consent.

If you want to collect SSN and ID you have to add a sort agreement and an e-signature field to the form, so your customers can confirm/allow/agree to provide their SSN and ID along with personal info.

You can use the following Terms and Conditions widgets:

    Terms & Condition

    Short Scrollable Terms

You can find available Signature widgets here:

How to Add an E-Signature to Your Form

Please confirm that you agree to our terms and we will re-activate the account so that you can add widgets to your form.

Yes, I agree to the terms and before we go live those changes will be added.

When I remove the frame part of the script, nothing is showing now. I don't know if it's because you froze the account or what? The funnel is not live, so it is not collecting anyone's information right now

As per this thread, your account has been reactivated.

Please note that the frame part is required. You may try removing the script part instead.

Also, you can try to change the size of the form placeholder element in your website to see if that makes any difference.
