Hi, thank you for that - form seems to be working.
However, I am trying to integrate my square reader and when I press the
'connect with square' button it appears to work, asks me to log into square
(which I do) and then it just seems to reset itself and asks me to click
the connect with square button again and will not let me continue.
Please help once again.

Please try connecting your square account using another browser. That may work. I also cleared your form cache in an attempt to fix the issue.
If the issue persists, please tell us the form to which this issue is related to so we can test and check it as well.

my tablet AND use the jotform form as well.
