Logging into wrong form

    I have a free form which I have upgraded to jotform bronze some time ago. I have just gone to log in to add some forms and find that i am restricted to 5 forms not the 25 I pay for. It appears that even using the link on the upgrade notification I am being logged into my free jotform account

    Help!

    I have checked your account subscription and it seems you're under the Free plan.

    Checked our mail logs and I can't seem to find any recent upgrade with your mentorman account.

    May we know your other account ? May we know if you're referring to the account Cradleyvillagehall?

    Looking forward for your response.

    Yes my apologies it was the cradley village hall account that I upgraded with the email info@cradleyvillagehall.org.uk which for convenience the emails were diverted to my email address at innmentor@aol.com. How can I re-establish the connections to this account as when I use my computer to log on it does not give me a choice of which account but logs into the free account.

    The account has different usernames so if you log in to your Cradleyvillagehall account then you should be able to access the account with bronze plan subscription.

    Please use this username: Cradleyvillagehall and then try to log in while your browser is in incognito mode. You can also try to clear your browser cache and cookies. That may work.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
