Deactivate form after x submit of specific date

Hi, we have the a form to register for brunch. In the form you can choose your date. Is there a possibility to deactivate the date when a certain amount is reached for a date? Or do I have to do it manually?

I dont want to deactivate the whole form but only the certain date.

And is it possible to deactivate the date after a certain time? So we don't want any registrations after a date and time.

I would need the same option as you already have to deactivate the whole form.
