Printing to PDF does not show the items that I have hidden

I am able to get the form to the way I like it and all of the conditional items working properly, however, I am having issues with it printing to a PDF and not showing all the items I have hidden based on the questions.  Is there an easy way to make the resulting pdf more like the form itself?

You have the option to choose the questions that you want to show in your submission and PDF. By default, hidden fields will be not be shown. You can uncheck that option also from your Form Submission page - https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
