Jotforms not coming through (delivered)

    Hi, About 2 months ago the jotform is not delivering my submissions to my email.  My account is  rebepa333.  My email is amy012000@yahoo.com.  I just went in and tried to change it and tested it and still a no go.  Thanks for yur help.

    Your address was on our bounce list:

    Result: amy012000@yahoo.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Message not allowed - [PH01] Email n= ot accepted for policy reasons. Please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/e= rrors/postmaster-27.html [120]'

    Hi there, 

    That means that your e-mail service provider had rejected the notifications sent by your form.

    To avoid having your notifications rejected and landing on our bounce list, please follow the instructions on this guide:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues 

    Please pay special note to the whitelisting of the IPs and Domains.
