I tried to pass the information from one form to the other, but it kept getting stuck on what I used in the tests. In order to stop that, I deleted and rebuilt the fields with identical names. After doing that, it would populate the field when the window opened, but quickly delete the contents of the field.

Can you please share to us the Form in question so that we can check it out?
You would need to use URL parameters to pass the data form one field to another.
We will wait for your response.

The first form is https://form.jotform.com/AZEdFoundation/toy-luncheon-registration.
The second form that I have is https://form.jotform.com/AZEdFoundation/table-sponsorships?session={organization}&organization={organization}&sponsorCode={sponsorCode}. This is only for some people. Others will be done after the first form.

As I understand, I can see that the data in the Organization and Sponsor Code field is not populating properly. Like what you said, the data remains the same.
I tried changing the parameter in the URL of the 2nd form and the data remains the same. Here's an example:
Please try to make sure that the Continue Forms Later option is Disabled in the Settings.
For more details about this feature, check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms.
Hope that helps. Thanks!

I had the continue forms later enabled. When I turned it off, it worked as it should.
Thank you!
