None of my previous forms are visible in my account. I just created a new one and it is also not there!

Your forms are intact;
Please logout from Jotform, clear your browsers cache and cookies. Login again, see if you still can't see your forms.
You also have deleted forms, please kindly check them from your Trash Folder.
