Nothing inside "MY ACCOUNT" is working nor displaying anything.
"My FORMS" are gone also

I am sorry for the inconvenience. Your forms and account are ok in our backend.
This is most likely a cache problem in some of our servers
I've cleared your forms cache . Can you please tell if you are now able to see them?
