    My online version form doesn't work properly

    When I open the page: http://www.jotformeu.com/login I can not login. If I go to http://www.jotformeu.com/ I can choose for my Forms. I changed one of my forms. The changement is visible in the test version, but it is not working in the online version on my website. In my website I have the previous version of my form.

    I had this problem before and spoke by chat with one of you. You cleaned the cache, and that worked. But may be it's an idea to solve this problem more permently please.

    Hi Mark, 

    Can you please log out of your account and clear all of your browsers cache.  This is usually what causes this issue and should solve your problem.  Let us know if this does not solve it and we can look into it further.

    Hi, can you please confirm if the form in your website is still not updated?

    I checked the form under your account, and then the one in your website -- they are now identical.
